Auburn Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy (AOS Physical Therapy) is an independently owned private outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Auburn, California.

At AOS we treat surgical rehab, work related injuries, balance issues, MVA, spinal conditions, and other general rehab, conditioning and strengthening. AOS Physical therapy places emphasis on one-on-one care with a strong focus on exercise, manual therapy, neuro re-education, patient education, and providing therapy in an enjoyable, personable, comfortable, state of the art clinic.

Ron Smith - Owner AOS Physical Therapy

Ron is originally from Canada and received his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Brigham Young University in 2000 and his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University in 2004. In 2010, after practicing in Las Vegas for 5 years, Ron bought AOS Physical Therapy and moved his family to Auburn, California.

Ron’s clinical interests include manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitations, and spinal rehab. Geriatrics, orthopedics, and sports injury rehabilitations are also his passions. He has taken a variety of continuing education courses that allow him to provide a skilled and eclectic approach to therapy treatments.

When Ron is away from the office he spends his time with his wife Jill and their 4 children. He enjoys traveling, golf, working in his yard and supporting his kids in their various sports and school activities.

Cameron Loveridge, PT, DPT

Cameron Loveridge, PT, DPT

Cameron grew up in northern Nevada and Salt Lake City, Utah, and completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at Utah State University. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with high honors from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida.

After graduation, Cameron pursued advanced training through an orthopedic residency at the University of Miami, one of the nation’s top-ranked physical therapy programs. During residency, he gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions—from chronic pain and post-surgical rehabilitation to collegiate athletics and standard outpatient care. His dedication to evidence based practice, diligence, and strong work ethic were recognized with the Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional patient outcomes.

Cameron is passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation and takes pride in helping patients return to the activities and hobbies they love. His approach emphasizes restoring function, building confidence, and promoting long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Cameron enjoys running, going to concerts and movies, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Kaylee, their son, Oliver, and their dog, Finley.
